Chapman Primary School 2019 School Board Elections
Under the Education Act 2004 (the Act) School Board positions become vacant every year.
If you are keen to contribute to the governance of Chapman Primary School, you should nominate for a position on the Chapman Primary School Board. No prior experience is necessary.
The following positions will become vacant in 2019:
· 2 Parent & Citizen member positions
· 1 staff member position.
You can pick up a nomination form from the Chapman Primary School front office during normal business hours (8:30am to 3:00pm, Monday to Friday), or request one be emailed to you.
A nomination form will be available from the front office from Monday 4 February 2019. Completed forms should be returned by no later than Monday 18 February 2019 by 11:00am.
You may submit your nomination by:
· Hand delivery to the Chapman Primary School front office
· Email to: firstname.lastname@example.org
· Mail to the Assistant Returning Officer, Chapman Primary School, Perry Drive, Chapman ACT 2611.

Parents/Carers - the following link will provide access to the Chapman Primary School Satisfaction Survey.
You will need to enter your survey reference number. This reference number is found on the Satisfaction Survey letter which was sent home. Please note there is a different reference number for each child you currently have attending the school.
