Documented authorisation (written permission) from a parent or carer is required for all students who attend an educational experience, such as an excursion, which is to take place outside of school boundaries (offsite).

A Parent Information note is sent home with all students who are invited to participate in an offsite educational experience, giving specific details of the event and will include an attached Permission Form. This permission form must be completed and returned to the school for students to participate in the event.

All notes requiring parental permission will be sent home in hard copy. These are also available on the school website and spare printed copies are kept at front office.

Details of upcoming events can be found on the school calendar, are included in the fortnightly Communicator and displayed on the school's digital notice board on Perry Drive.
