School Payments and Financial Contributions

School Payments and Financial Contributions

Every child deserves high quality education and the life chances which flow from it. While the The ACT Government provides the bulk of finances required to operate the school including the buildings and facilities, and provides for basic requirements, schools may request voluntary financial contribution towards teaching and learning resources and supplies, online learning programs, and sport or additional activities such as excursions and sports carnivals, camps, band participation, and Voluntary Contributions.

How do I make a payment to the school?

QuickWeb Payments

Our preferred method of payments is via QuickWeb.

A link to QuickWeb is available through the Payment tab which will direct you to the Westpac online payment system QuickWeb (click here) to be able to make secure online payments from your credit or debit card. Further information including Privacy Statement can be found at Quickweb for Schools.

Cash Payments

If you wish to make payment in cash please place payment and any relevant school payment and or permission slip/s in a sealed envelope clearly labelled with your child's details including:

  • Your child's full name,
  • Your child's class,
  • Reason for payment.
Credit Card Payments

Some activities will offer payment by credit card. If this is an option a Credit Card Payment Slip will be included with the Parent Information Note. If you prefer to make all payments to the school via your credit card you can do so using the QuickWeb option above.

Please see information at Equity Fund if you are experiencing hardship and may require financial assistance.
